Pagely Engineers will be performing scheduled security maintenance on internal infrastructure systems that support platform operations.
This maintenance is not expected to cause service downtime for hosted websites or applications; however, certain background services may be temporarily delayed or interrupted during the maintenance window.
Impact Summary: - No impact to website uptime or performance. - Outbound email relay may be delayed during the maintenance window. - Log ingestion and shipment to external logging endpoints may be temporarily delayed. - Temporary interruptions to API requests, which can affect CI/CD deployments, PHPMyAdmin logins, and the Atomic API client/Control Panel. - Any delayed or interrupted processes will resume automatically once maintenance is complete. - No data loss is expected, and no customer action is required.
The maintenance has been scheduled during low-traffic hours to minimize potential impact. If you experience issues outside of the items listed above, please contact our support team.
