Pagely engineers will be updating our CloudFront (CDN) distributions to require TLS 1.2 with updated ciphers. For some customers, this will be an update of the minimum TLS version from 1 to 1.2. For other customers, the minimum TLS version is already 1.2, and only the ciphers will be updated.

These CloudFront distributions are used by Pagely for PressCDN as well as Mercury dynamic site acceleration.

Specifically, security policy TLSv1.2_2021 will be put in place. You can read details about this policy here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/secure-connections-supported-viewer-protocols-ciphers.html#secure-connections-supported-ciphers

All mainstream browsers from the past several years support this TLS version.
